Twinning
Two insulated conductors twisted together to form a pair

Laid Up
Pairs are laid-up into a compact circular formation.
The length of lay shall not exceed 100mm.
The direction of lays for successive layers shall be alternate and the lays for the pairs is chosen so that the capacitance unbalance between any two pairs at 800Hz shall not exceed 200pF

Aluminium tape applied helically with a 30% overlap
